Gigante Beans

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag Gigante beans

  • 6 cloves garlic chopped

  • 1 shallot cut up

  • 1/4 red onion chopped

  • 1/4 c Kefi Life EVOO

  • 1/4 c water replenish as needed

DIRECTIONS

  • Soak beans overnight to soften

  • Next day, Sautee veggies

  • Add evoo and beans, pour water and bring to boil.

  • After boil simmer until beans soft
