INGREDIENTS
- 2 Eggs 
- Tomato(es) 
- 1-2 cloves Garlic 
- Kalamata Olives (optional) 
- Kefi Life® EVOO 
- Feta Cheese 
- Oregano 
- Red Chili Flakes 
- Salt & Pepper 
DIRECTIONS
- Chop tomato(es) & garlic to desired size 
- Chop Kalamata olives (if you choose to add) 
- Add Kefi Life® EVOO & above ingredients to a pan on low/medium heat 
- Sauté until tomatoes begin to blister 
- Add eggs and immediately scramble in 
- Add seasonings (oregano, red chili flakes, salt, pepper) and continue to stir 
- Add in feta and stir in and let warm so that it begins to melt
