Mimi’s Fruit & Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons organic almond flour

  • 3 crushed peaches ad/or blueberries to taste

  • small drizzle of Kefi Life EVOO

This recipe comes to us from Kiki’s dear family friend Mimi- short for her actual name is Efthemia, which is the female version of Kiki’s Papou/grandfather Efthemios.  They love this quick and super nutritious meal for dinner as a light intake at the end of the day.   Sidebar:  Mimi also teaches Kiki Greek language and history lessons.
