Olio Santo
*translation: holy oil, hot chili oil
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup olive oil 
- 1/4 cup crushed red pepper 
DIRECTIONS
- Simmer 3-5 minutes 
- Strain if you prefer, however not necessary 
- Store in sealed bottle or jar 
*Great on pastas, breads, shrimp, veggies, eggs, and more!
