Pastina
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves of garlic minced
4 cups of bone broth
2 cups of Pastina
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
bring butter, garlic, and bone broth to a boil, then add in pastina
bring to medium heat and stir until the broth is dissolved
add half cup of pecorino romano, salt and pepper, & olive oil
stir in 2 eggs
Great to eat when upset tummy or not feeling well.
