Shrimp Oreganata
INGREDIENTS
1 lb large shrimp, butterflied
for shrimp marinade
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. Kefi L!fe EVOO
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. Parsley
1 tsp. Lemon zest
pinch of red pepper flakes
for breadcrumb mixture
1/4 cup seasoned panko
pinch of salt & pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan
2 tbsp. Kefi L!fe EVOO
1 tsp. Parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. lemon zest

DIRECTIONS
make marinade with garlic, EVOO, oregano, parsley, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes
marinate shrimp for 15 minutes while preparing breadcrumb mixture
fill butterflied shrimp with breadcrumbs
broil in oven for 7-8 minutes
finish with lemon juice and parsley
