Shrimp Oreganata

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb large shrimp, butterflied

    for shrimp marinade

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp. Kefi L!fe EVOO

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

  • 1 tsp. Parsley

  • 1 tsp. Lemon zest

  • pinch of red pepper flakes

    for breadcrumb mixture

  • 1/4 cup seasoned panko

  • pinch of salt & pepper

  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan

  • 2 tbsp. Kefi L!fe EVOO

  • 1 tsp. Parsley

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

  • make marinade with garlic, EVOO, oregano, parsley, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes

  • marinate shrimp for 15 minutes while preparing breadcrumb mixture

  • fill butterflied shrimp with breadcrumbs

  • broil in oven for 7-8 minutes

  • finish with lemon juice and parsley
