Greek Roots, Global Flavors: Ted Pappas on Master Chef

As the Kefi Life Podcast concludes the 8-week Mediterranean Diet and Longevity Series, a heartfelt thank you to Ted Pappas for helping us bring this inspiring journey to a meaningful close.

It is apropos to clinch the subject with a Greek American who loves to cook using flavors and foods of the Mediterranean. Ted, an architect by trade, swapped building and design for food creation and home cooking.

His work in the kitchen earned him the opportunity to contest for the coveted white apron on Master Chef, Global Gauntlet this season, and he joins me, Kiki, in the studio to share all the excitement auditioning in front of the prestigious Gordon Ramsay.

Many inspiring contestants are surprised by just how demanding and multifaceted the journey to a “White Apron,” can be.

During the Kefi Life podcast episode 224 you will hear the challenges of competing in a timed environment, what’s going on behind the scenes and how difficult is the audition in the first place?

One of the things I discovered during my interview with Ted is that during the two-month process there are competitors who become friends and help one another in the world of food.

Tune in for a lively and culturally uplifting conversation, and who knows maybe you will be led to follow your life’s purpose.
