As Kefi Life leans in on the Mediterranean Diet and Longevity series, our team will share a place that specializes in European, curated, clean and healthy foods to support a life of wellness.
This is a place which many refer to as their happy place, or in my case my spiritual and restorative place.
THE MARKET PLACE
You guessed it friend, we went to the market!
We didn’t visit any ole market, we went on location to Brookhaven Marketplace in Burr Ridge, IL. where JP Bertakis, Director of Operations, in true Greek fashion, welcomed us with warm hospitality.
We toured the store together, walking down aisle by aisle to capture the flavor of unique offerings from all over the world.
JP reminded us that food is more than nourishment-it’s a way to share love, create connection and celebrate everyday moments.
It was fun and quite beneficial to tour the Burr Ridge location with a member of the family business. We learned about how the Brookhaven team curates a brand which speaks to and satisfies the community of each location. From north to south, Brookhaven is in Arlington Heights, Mokena, Burr Ridge and Darien Illinois servicing a variety of taste buds.

Brookhaven Recipe Page has easy and wonderful recipes with a shopping list to make the entire meal process simple from shopping to preparation
If you are looking for a product that is not in the store, mention it to management and they will try to bring it to the store.
Brookhaven is full of everything to bring the Mediterranean diet and a life of longevity to your table.
