INGREDIENTS

• 2 English cucumbers, diced

• chopped cilantro

• 1/2 red onion, diced

• 1 chili

• 2 TBS Kefi Life® extra virgin olive oil

• lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Dice red onion & cucumber and chop cilantro

2. Add cucumbers, cilantro, red onion, chili, and olive oil in a large bowl

3. Toss to combine

4. Add lemon, salt & pepper to taste
