Greek Lemon Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

• 1 pound of Yukon gold potatoes

• 1/2 cup chicken broth

• 2 ounces Kefi Life Greek extra-virgin olive oil

• 1 lemon, juiced

• 1 tablespoon Greek Freak seasoning

DIRECTIONS

• Cut potatoes into quarters

• Mix and coat potatoes with chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, and Greek Freak seasoning.

• Roast at 400°F for 45 minutes or until desired crispiness, flipping halfway through.
