Greek-Style Focaccia
INGREDIENTS
- 1lb premade pizza dough (we love a good hack! pick this up from your local pizzeria or even Whole Foods!) 
- 1/3 cup Kefi L!fe EVOO 
- 1/2 jar sun-dried tomatoes 
- garlic confit 
- kalamata olives 
- rosemary 
- flaky/kosher salt 
DIRECTIONS
- generously line oven-safe dish with Kefi L!fe EVOO 
- add pre-made pizza dough to dish and spread out evenly 
- add olive oil and massage into dough, leaving finger imprints 
- cover with towel and let dough rise for a couple hours 
- set oven to 400°F 
- add ingredients to top of dough 
- bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top
