Simple Homemade Bread
INGREDIENTS
3.5 c Jovial Einkorn all purpose flour
1 tsp Red Star quick rise instant yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1.5 c lukewarm water (but use judgment)
DIRECTIONS
Mix all dry ingredients together
Add lukewarm water to mixture and use judgment — dough should be loose
Cover & let rise for 2 hours
Pre-heat oven to 375°F
Lightly coat dish with Kefi Life EVOO
Pour mixture into dish
Bake for 50 minutes — Cover for first half, uncover after 25 minutes
