Green Greek Goddess Cabbage Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cabbage chopped into small squares 

  • 1 cucumber chopped in small squares 

  • 1 chive, chopped 

  • 1/4 cup crumbled imported Feta 

  • 3 tbsp Whole Greek Yogurt 

  • 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon 

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 

  • salt, pepper, & oregano to taste 

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop everything & toss together!
