Green Greek Goddess Cabbage Salad
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cabbage chopped into small squares
1 cucumber chopped in small squares
1 chive, chopped
1/4 cup crumbled imported Feta
3 tbsp Whole Greek Yogurt
5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
salt, pepper, & oregano to taste
DIRECTIONS
Chop everything & toss together!
