Kefi Style Spaghetti
Myzithra is a Greek whey cheese or mixed milk whey cheese from sheep or goats. It is similar to ricotta. The flavor is distinct and delicious. Myzithra is a traditional Greek cheese and it has been made for thousands of years and is believed to be one the ancestor of all Greek whey cheeses. There are two forms: fresh and dried.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Spaghetti 
- Grated Myzithra Cheese 
- 1 tbsp Salt 
- Parsley 
- 4 tbsp of Kefi Life® EVOO 
DIRECTIONS
- Boil water 
- Add 1 box spaghetti 
- 1 tbsp salt 
- And stir spaghetti until soft 
- Drain water out of pasta, dumping into strainer 
- Add 4 tbsp KL evoo to platter 
- Grate 1/4 cup Myzithra cheese over evoo 
- Take the spaghetti and pour over evoo/cheese 
- Mix all ingredients together 
- Top with more grated Myzithra cheese and some flat parsley.
