INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • Slice & chop veggies

  • Layer on sheet pan & drizzle with water for steaming

  • Add Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees or until desired tenderness

  • Let veggies cool & drizzle with EVOO

  • Spread hummus on pita & add veggies

  • Enjoy!
