Roasted Veggie Hummus Wrap
INGREDIENTS
Red Pepper
Brussels Sprouts
Mushroom
Broccoli
Tomato
Onion
Sea Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Slice & chop veggies
Layer on sheet pan & drizzle with water for steaming
Add Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees or until desired tenderness
Let veggies cool & drizzle with EVOO
Spread hummus on pita & add veggies
